All deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. They are made to your door and if it makes things easier, we are happy to ship to your office address or workplace. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours.

For an easy customs clearance, we mark all orders with a low value.
You should not pay taxes or you will pay them based on this low value.

However, customers are responsible for any possible customs fees.
We cannot ship to P.O. or APO boxes. We cannot be responsible for packages that are mis-directed due to any address information being omitted or entered incorrectly by the customer. If for whatever reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.

Contact us and we will handle your return with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
If the product you have ordered is not to your satisfaction:

You may return it provided that the original packaging is in perfect condition and it has all its original accessories. In this case, Anti-Ballistic will refund the price of the product but not the costs of return shipment, as these will be to your account. The refund will be by credit card, if this is the method of payment you have chosen, or by means of Western Union if payment was made by this way.
