We will then email you the wholesale pricing depending on how many items you are purchasing.
We don't offer free shipping for wholesale orders.
Samples Request
The cost of samples including shipping, must be paid before the samples are sent. If you place a wholesale order, within 60 days, for an item which you have sampled, we will credit the cost of the samples including shipping on your next order.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
Wholesale customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The rules vary country by country and you should contact your local customs office and shipping office for further information. We are not responsible for purchaser's country's customs dept or their actions therefore we will not issue refunds for orders refused or confiscated at or by purchaser's customs dept. We can mark the order with a lower value to minize the customs taxes.
Payment Method
Payment is due upon placement of order plus all shipping fees and can be made by irrevocable L/C or bank transfer. No credit cards (or Paypal) are accepted for wholesale orders.
Shipping
We usually ship using Express Air Mail (EMS) but we can use FEDEX.
Shipping costs will depend on the weight of your order or package.
We will let you know the amount as soon as we know the order amount.
Returns and Guarantees
We guarantee our products and services. In the unlikely event of a defective products or dissatisfaction, simply return it within 5 days for a refund or credit on purchase prices of all items returned. Please contact us before sending the return items. We do not pay for the cost for sending back the items. Products returned must be unused and in resale condition. You can use your own shipping company to ship the goods back to us. We will only pay for shipping if we send you the WRONG items, or if the goods are damaged. No other reasons.
